I’m trying to understand how the capture key works. I’ve moved it to position 3 on my phone, but I get a blank image, i.e. an empty file with an appropriate name and my choice of file format (which I really appreciate because I can get .ping files). The folks at LG are still telling people to use the volume and power buttons. Sheesh! Not acceptable for a disabled person. Can you help, please?
